Yeah sorry about this. I am an amateur and only use a set of Yamaha HS5 monitors (without a sub) which are plugged into a M-Audio Fast Track interface. Basically the low end has been posing a problem when I mix and master. Please delete this track which has that common problematic 60Hz booming thump in the kick and bass:

I found that starting my mixes by getting the drum group to hit -6dbfs was wrong and was adding to the low end errors. So I checked the AES metering standard for creating a VU style mix and AES recommends a -18dbfs starting point for digital full scale meters to match the Volume Unit (VU) old style needle movement. So I set the kick of Go (Remix) to that and after adding the other drums was hitting about 14 to 12db. I am not saying this will work for every project but if you are working with 5 inch monitors and pushing the low end too hard it might be worth a go.
